11kk's Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
11kk believes that entertainment is enjoyable only when it is experienced in a controlled and mindful way. Our tools and guidelines keep you protected.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
At 11kk, we believe online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Our goal is to keep your gaming experience safe, transparent, and enjoyable. The reality, however, is that for some people gambling can become a serious problem.
Problem gaming begins when the enjoyment of playing gradually turns into compulsion, and starts to have a negative impact on a person's financial, family, and mental life. This is why 11kk encourages every player to game mindfully and provides the necessary protection tools.
Our platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to open accounts, and if any underage user is identified, the account is immediately closed.

11kk's Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set in advance how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a specified waiting period applies before it can be increased.
Time-Out
When you feel you need a temporary break, activate a Time-Out. During this period your account will be temporarily suspended and no bets or deposits will be accepted.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to stop playing for an extended period, choose self-exclusion. Your account cannot be reactivated before the set period ends. This is a strong and effective tool.
Review Gaming History
All bets, deposits, and withdrawals are stored in your account history. Review this information regularly and stay aware of your spending patterns.
24/7 Support
Our support team is available at all times for any issue. Contact us via live chat or email at [email protected] — support is available in both Bengali and English.
Age Verification & Account Security
To open an account at 11kk you must be at least 21 years old. Keep your account password secure and do not share your login details with anyone else.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
At 11kk we believe that safe gaming is a habit — it is a conscious decision that needs to be made every day. Following the principles below keeps gaming enjoyable at all times and reduces the risk of harm.
Set a budget: Decide how much you can spend before you start playing. Avoid going beyond this limit, even if you feel "I'll win this time". Remember, the minimum deposit at 11kk is ৳300 and you can set a deposit limit at any time.
Don't try to recover lost money: "Chasing losses" — placing more bets to win back money you have lost — often leads to even greater losses. If you lose several times in a row in any game, take a break.
Don't play on emotion: Never play when you are stressed, angry, depressed, or after drinking. Play with a clear head and sound judgment.
Set time limits: Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Playing for too long affects your focus, your work, and your family.
Keep an entertainment mindset: See betting or casino games as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. If luck is not on your side on a given day, that is normal — try again next time.
৳300 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit at 11kk is ৳300 — this helps you play within a controlled amount. You can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.
Fast Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal at 11kk is ৳500 and processing is generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Fast payments help you stay in control of your funds.
